From Mr. Frank 12/17 TO STRONG

Dear Colina Parents,

After the devastating events in Thousand Oaks over the past couple of months, our school wanted to help families effected by the disasters while at the same time as showing support and pride for our wonderful community.

Our students submitted amazing designs with artwork and healing messages of peace for use in a philanthropic fundraiser. It was a tough decision with so many touching entries! The winning design (congratulations Annabelle Ramos!) will be printed on a shirt, ladies v-neck and hoodie for anyone to purchase.

A flyer went home with your students today. Pre-orders will be sold throughout the week before Winter Break, 12/17 - 12/21 at lunch, after school, and online through the PTSA website (colinaptsa.com). All proceeds will be donated to Ventura County Community Fund and when we see you wearing this design around town, we'll know you are #TOStrong!

On behalf of our PTSA executive board and all of us at Colina, we want to thank all of our students for putting their time, effort and their hearts into this event; thank you parents for all of your support!  Cougar Pride!
