Direct Donation/Spring Locker Drive
Our Spring Direct Donation Drive for the 2019-2020 is coming to a close for the summer soon. Quick reminder: instead of launching several fundraisers over the school year to continue all our great Cougar programming, the Colina PTSA started a very successful direct donation campaign last year, but we need your help! Make your tax deductible donations now at https://www.colinaptsa.com/ for the 2019/2020 school year and your student may be eligible to choose his or her own locker size and location before this year even ends! 5/27 NO SCHOOL Memorial Day Observed
5/28 Band Concert Finale 7:00 pm Gym, School Site Council 3:30-5:00 pm Library
Textbook return will be on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31. Students will be returning their books with their PE classes: periods 1,3 and 5 on May 30; periods 2,4 and 6 on May 31.
5/30 Block Schedule 1, 3, 5, Choir Concert Finale 7:00 pm Auditorium
5/31 Block Schedule 2, 4, 6, students without a period 6 are dismissed at 1:30 pm, all other students dismissed at 3:10 pm.
WEEK OF 6/3-6/7 LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL
6/3 Block Schedule 1,3,5 All students dismissed at 3:10 pm
6/4 Block Schedule 2,4,6 Students without a Period 6 will be dismissed at 1:30 pm all other students will be dismissed at 3:10 pm.
6/5 Minimum Day
6/7th graders will be dismissed at 12:30 pm (Spirit Rally, Activity Day, Greek Olympics)8th Grade Magic Mountain Trip (student return to Colina around 7:00 pm)
6/6 Dave & Buster’s Promotion Play Card and Breakfast Parent drop-off should occur at 7:45 a.m. at the restaurant (145 W. Hillcrest Dr). Students will not need to bring any backpacks this day. Students will be bused back to school by 10:30 am. All non-qualified students will attend school at their regular time for an alternate activity.
